No, Victorya’s coaching program is not the same as therapy or counseling. Coaching is designed to give shorter bursts of information to the caller to help deal with immediate relationship issues as they happen or to help the caller identify if there is a relationship pattern they have fallen into which they’d like to change. Coaching with Victorya is a quick reference to and expansion of Victorya’s dating advice found in her books Automatic 2nd Date and Finding a Man Worth Keeping. She does not offer treatment planning or diagnosis offered by traditional counselors. If you feel that professional counseling is needed, please also pursue that.

3. What are the limitations of life coaching?
Victorya’s coaching is designed to help you understand what is going on in your life and what you can do to change what areas are not working for you. Coaching will help you identify how you personally can improve your relationships and you will be offered exercises you can do to further discover your true hopes and dreams for love. It is not designed to "fix" anyone but you. However, you will gain confidence and self-esteem which enables you to expect respect of others or move on from them if they can’t or won’t treat you like you want to be treated

You are free to terminate your monthly coaching program at any time, however if you decide to end your program prior to your 3rd month of coaching, you will be charged retroactively for the balance due to make up the regular coaching rate ($90 for a 25 minute session and $150 for a 50 minute session) for the coaching sessions already received at the discount rate. After the 3rd month’s coaching session you can cancel your coaching membership anytime as long as it is more than 24 hours before your next coaching session. If you cancel within 24 hours of your coaching session, you will be charge 50% of the discount session rate for the session you cancelled.

You will feel more satisfied with your coaching session if you spend a few minutes thinking about what you really want to accomplish from the call. You will be sent an email of further instructions prior to your coaching session.

7. What if I don't like what you have to say, can I get a refund?
If you are not fully satisfied with Victorya’s style, you can consider the first 5 minutes of your first coaching session as a grace period. If you are not happy with how it is going, let Victorya know you would like to stop the session and cancel your membership and you will be refunded your money (except for the fees covering any material you have already received).
